T209 Page
I'm now officially done with the course and
have PASSED!!! =) What I have that is in electronic format is
listed here. I won't make anymore updates to it now that
I'm done.
Binary
You can try this link, which was posted by Wendy Clark who posted
it to the T209 National Conference.
Bookmarks
Would you like to visit some web sites that have been put in the National Conference?
Well click here and those that make the cut will be added here throughout the course.
First Class
We'll be using First Class extensively for this course so you'll find all the help you need at
this site. And in case you are a bit unsure of something you can try
Sarah's Kinda Helpful site, which is very useful.
Memory - RAM, ROM, etc.Want a link to understand RAM and ROM a bit more: try this
site, or if it is gone then click here for a
.pdf file.
Miscellaneous
Would you like some help on what DNS is all about? Well click here and thanks to Ferid Haddad for posting this on First Class.
I did a program summary of Robots Are Us that was on BBC4. If you'd like to view those notes (with outside links included - it is in .pdf format)
My NotesWell after some careful thought about how I was going to set up my notes I decided on using web pages as that could help me connect my notes together. There are
separate notes for each module as the course is designed to be this way. It is unlike other OU courses where it is a progressive build up as each module is self-contained.
Please note: My notes in .pdf format you won't be able to copy anything or print them as stated they are for a view to learning.

Other Notes of Use
Would you like some additional terms and such explained all in one Word file? Then
click here, (the files is zipped up) donated by Mary Kennedy via First Class.
Want an electronic version in Word of the Workbook for Module 1? Then
click here for a copy that is zipped up. Thanks to Mornev Nevitt who posted this via First Class.
TMA Help

portals' by Ralph, D. and Shephard, C. Both links are in .pdf format so you know the drill by now! If for some reason they are gone - email me
(e-mail address on index
page) and I can send them to you that way.

If you'd like a TMA template then you can find a MS Word equivalent here. Thanks to Guy for letting me post it here. You can reach him by
clicking here to let him know you find his tool useful.
Would you like a TMA planning
template? I got this a while ago from a T171 conference (sorry to whoever's work this is and I've not given you credit - let me know who you are and I will!). I found it came in quite handy so have kept using it. Might be quite useful come ECA time! It is in
Word97 format so you'll need that program. If you need it in .rtf format
