I've posted what I thought you might find useful. I of course have a lot more that was posted to the conferences but since I don't have their permission to post it here I won't. If however, you write me and I deem the cause worthy I might send them to you via e-mail. You'll need something to read .mmp files and some stuff is in MS Word format as well.

Glossary

This is my own glossary that I made. I've made it so that you can't print it or extract anything but it might give you ideas on how to construct your own. I put mine into Excel as I thought that was easiest to re-arrange in A-Z order as I find Word cumbersome in this task.

Notes & Revision

I made notes in electronic form for each block and have made them into .pdf's for you here. The usual restrictions apply - no printing, no copying, etc. The revision stuff I did at the end of the course and you might find it helpful.
