Dream Purses
Here on this page are some of the pictures I've collected over the years of purses that have in some way have taken my fancy.
Sadly that means none of them are mine (whine!). I am not sure of
just what each purse's maker is. Some pictures have a description of what I can remember, other's won't have
any and they aren't in any particular order either. Enjoy your dream shopping!

This one I remember the description saying it was a 'hot' pink colour.
Man I wish it were mine is all I can say!
This is the Mecca of Lucite purses.
It's called the bee hive and if you find one in good condition expect to pay upwards of $200.00 or more. They go for
ridiculous prices. Let's say I'm waiting for the cheap version!
Here's a white version of my tortoise purse. Same maker
Ilene.
Here's one purse with its original tags still attached! What a find that would be.
Here's another interesting purse. Sort of a variation on the bee hive purse only its square.
Want a rainbow purse? This would be my option of course! I seem to remember it wasn't
Lucite but plastic coloured strips.
I don't remember the maker of this one but I seem to remember they compared it to the Nantucket purses. In either case it sure is a neat example if not roomy!
Another example of how Lucite was fashioned.
Not to my taste (as I think of it like the coffin purses!) but interesting none the less.
This is a Walborg purse. They too are highly sought after and I can see why.
Here's a Florida Handbag again with the original tag intact.
Want to find your own Lucite purse? Then pop on over to eBay
for a look see (try here if you're in the UK). They have a ton of auctions for them.
You might find the bag of your dreams!
